Welcome to Master Li Wong's Tai Chi School

Master Li Wong’s Tai Chi School is located in Melbourne – including the Inner Eastern, Eastern and Bayside suburbs. As he conducts tai chi classes in different Melbourne suburbs there is sure to be a location that suits you. Suburbs where classes are held include Kew, Bayswater, Brighton and Caulfield. His tai chi classes cater for all ages and abilities. As all classes are conducted by Master Li Wong himself, you know that you will be taught a traditional and authentic form of tai chi.

Classes are only $20 and you can join in with other tai chi classes held during the week at NO additional cost. Even better your first class is FREE – so there is nothing stopping you giving tai chi classes a try!

太極拳適合各個年齡層的人,因爲太極要求在放鬆,寧靜中行拳,尤其是對上了年紀的人群,它是比較安全的健身活動,只要持之以恆,一定會收獲健康,長壽和愉悅。

Health is a priceless treasure, especially in today’s fast-paced, ever-changing, and highly competitive world. Being healthy and fit is of utmost importance.

While we cannot change the past, and the future remains unpredictable, we can seize the present moment by investing in our health and strengthening our immune system. By doing so, we are better equipped to deal with unforeseen circumstances such as pandemics, natural disasters, and more.

Proactive preventive measures are far better than the passive treatment of diseases. A good exercise regimen, proper sleep hygiene, and a well-balanced diet are the foundations of a high quality of life.

Tai Chi Quan is an ancient, traditional Chinese mind-body health practice, embodying the essence of thousands of years of cultivation. From beginners to advanced students, health and fitness are integral to its practice.

Tai Chi Quan is suitable for people of all ages. It is practiced in a relaxed and peaceful manner, making it a relatively safe exercise, especially for the elderly. With consistent practice, one can reap the benefits of health, longevity, and enhanced well-being.

Wong Style Tai Chi Quan is a comprehensive health and fitness program. This mind-body exercise also activates the twelve meridians (energy channels in Traditional Chinese Medicine).

Wong Style Tai Chi Second Form – Stomach Meridian 

Wong Style Tai Chi Liang Yi Form – Large Intestine Meridian      

Wong Style Tai Chi Four Manifestation Form – Heart Meridian

Wong Style Yin Yang Five Element Form – Liver Meridian       

Wong Style Eight Silken Pieces Form – Kidney Meridian

There are also other forms, such as Tai Chi Sword, Fly Dragon Sword, Seven Star Sword, Yin Yang Ba Gua Zhang, and more.
