No, you do not need any special clothes to do Tai Chi.  Just turn up to class in loose and comfortable clothing.

Is it ok that I have never done Tai Chi classes before?

Yes it is fine if you have not done any Tai Chi classes before. In fact, Master Li Wong specialises in teaching absolute beginners!

How much are the Tai Chi classes cost?

Classes are only $20 and you can join in with other tai chi classes held during the week at NO additional cost. Even better your first class is FREE – so there is nothing stopping you trying out to see if tai chi is for you.
