Master Li Wong is a fully qualified Chinese Medical Practitioner. Chinese Medicine is a family tradition and his father was also a well respected practitioner in China. He also trained under the most famous Wu Tang Tai Chi Masters, Mr Fu Zhen Song. By combining his knowledge of medicine with his tai chi practice, Master Li Wong has create a set of 12 unique Tai Chi forms to help his students improve and maintain their health with a focus on balance for the different key areas of the body. The 12 Tai Chi forms relate to the 12 Meridians of Chinese Traditional Medicine and can be practiced by people of any age and ability.

1st Form Tai Chi - Lungs
The lungs are a passive organ that provide the oxygen for us to breathe. According to Chinese Tradition, this is also called “Chi” and provides the essential link to center and calm us.
This is the first form that students learn. Many of Master Li Wong’s student consider it to be the most relaxing and enjoyable of all the forms.
2nd Form Tai Chi - Stomach
The stomach is responsible for churning food into nutrients/energy that the body can absorb. The 2nd form of Tai Chi is designed to assist the digestive processes by moving and strengthening the stomach and its connected parts. This form has more torso twisting than most forms and movements can be faster than the first form. It should also improve your appetite.
3rd Form - Tai Chi Intestines
The large intestines provide a cleaning process by turning liquid into solid waste and removing toxins. This organ provides a purification process and if an imbalance occurs it can lead to constipation, abdominal pain and/or diarrhoea. Depression and Stress are often associated with problems with the large intestines. This Tai Chi form considers the large size and positioning of the organ and provides a sequence of movements to assist in both stretching and compressing the region to massage the large intestines as part of the practice.
4th Form Tai Chi - Heart
The heart is the pump for your body. It drives the blood around the body which carries nutrition and oxygen from vital organs to muscles and the brain.
This Tai Chi form aids deep circulation and helps the heart to maintain is strength and capabilities for a healthy long life.
